Weighing or measuring instrument, means any object, instrument, apparatus or device, or any combination thereof, which is, or is intended to be, used, exclusively or additionally, for the purpose of making any weighment or measurement, and includes any appliance, accessory or part associ-ated with any such object, instrument, apparatus or device.
