Warehousing system, the allowing of goods imported to be deposited in public warehouses, at a reasonable rent, without payment of the duties on importation if they are re-exported; or if they are ultimately withdrawn for home consumption, without payment of such duties until they are so removed, or a purchaser found for them, 2 Steph.
