Victoria Colony. Separated from New South Wales by 13 & 14 Vict. c. 59; see also 18 & 19 Vict. c. 55, 56; and 22 & 23 Vict. c. 12. Included as a State in the Union of States (New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia) by the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act, 1900 (63 & 64 Vict. c. 12).
