Transferee, includes the purchaser as also other transferees of title of properties in transactions like mortgage or exchange, AIR 1972 Cal 88 (94). [Trusts Act (2 of 1982), s. 63]

Means a person to whom any land or building in the zone is transferred in any manner whatsoever, under this Act and includes his successors and assignees. [Rajasthan Special Economic Zone Development Act, 2003, s. 2(o)]
