Tikana, Tikana is a permanently settled estate paying a fixed annual revenue of Rs. 1,681, and it is therefore an estate both under s. 4(7) of the Jaipur State-Grants Land Tenures Act No. 1 of 1947 and Art., Thakur Amar Singhji v.
