Definition :

Terrorist, means one who adopts or supports the policy of terrorism, State of Punjab v. Sukhpal Singh, (1990) 1 SCC 35; Mohd Iqbal v. State of Maharashtra, 1998 (4) SCC 494.

Terrorist, shall have the meaning assigned to this expression in the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967; (37 of 1967). [Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery System (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005, s. 4(m)]
