Talukdari estate, is an estate which connoted rulership in Pre-British times, but which is now a landlord estate to which some seigniorial or subordinate rights may or may not be still attached, Dolat Singhji v. Oghad Vira, 1923 (25) Bom LR 729: AIR 1924 Bom 72.
