Patna (hereinafter called LIC) sanctioned a loan of Rs. 1,60,000.00 under OY.H Scheme of the LIC to the complainant who is a policy holder of LIC for Rs. 1,86,000.00 and directed him to deposit Rs. 1150.00 and Rs. 50//- as processing fee.
