This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioners in connection with Giridih (Muffasil)P.S. Case No. 286 of 2010 (GR No. 2159 of 2010) for the offences registered under sections 467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Giridih. 3. There is allegation against the petitioners that they, in collusion with the supplier, had submitted a wrong report with regard to the iron ore causing loss to the informant. It appears that the petitioners were influenced by the supplier for some benefit or the other. 4.
