1. In this case, petitioner asks for leave to send a Habeas Corpus petition to the Supreme Court of India against an order of his detention. It appears that the petitioner applied to this Court for release in the matter of his detention under the Preventive Detention Act of 1950 IV 4. of 1950) under an order dated 18-3-50. In due course the petition was dismissed by this Court on 16 6 80,2. It is not necessary for the petitioner to ask for leave to move another Habeas Corpus petition to the Supreme Court of India.
