88 d.b. civil special appeal no.139/2013 state of rajasthan vs. magan lal & anr. date of order ::27. h may 2013 hon'ble mr. justice dinesh maheshwari hon'ble mr. justice arun bhansali mr. praduman singh, asst to aag, for the appellants. this intra-court appeal, directed against the order dated 20.12.2007 as passed by the learned single judge of this court in cwp no.4011/2006, has come up for admission before the court only in the year 2013 after removal of the defects and after its restoration. the learned counsel for the appellants frankly clarifies that in fact, the petitioner filed a contempt petition and ultimately, the appellants indeed carried out the compliance of the order passed by the learned single judge whereby the appellants were directed to implement the order dated 03.01.2006 as passed by the chief settlement commissioner, hanumangarh and to consider the claim of the petitioner, if any, for further allotment in the light of the provisions of the displaced persons (compensation and rehabilitation) act, 1954. in view of the submissions so made and in the totality of the circumstances, we do not find any reason to entertain this intra-court appeal now at this stage. the appeal stands dismissed. JUSTICE ARUN BHANSALI Mr. Praduman Singh, Asst to AAG, for the appellants. <><><> This intra-court appeal, directed against the order dated 20.12.2007 as passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP No.4011/2006, has come up for admission before the Court only in the year 2013 after removal of the defects and after its restoration.
