MISHRA ------ For the Petitioner : M/s Matinuddin Khan & A. Hussain, Advs. For the State : A.P.P. -------- 2/ 07.08.2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the Prosecution. The petitioner has been made accused for the offences under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2013 corresponding to G.R.
