CHANDRASHEKHAR ----- For the Petitioner: Mr. Rajeev Kumar For the Respondents: J.C. to A.G. & A.S.G.I. ------ 11/Dated: August, 07, 2013 Per D.N. Patel, J

1) Issue notice upon the respondent Nos.11 and 12 to be served by ordinary process, for which requisites, etc must be filed by the petitioner within one week.
