23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The four petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 73/2011 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this case being in-laws of sister of the informant who is missing along with one child after eight years of her marriage. Suspicion is that both have been killed by the in-laws including the petitioners.
