in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.3168 of 2012 maina singh, son of anil singh, resident of village manjhauli-2 tola kachahri, police station cheria bariarpur, district begusarai. ............. petitioner. versus the state of bihar ........... opp. party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 23.01.2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state. this is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under sections 392 and 307 of the indian penal code and 27 of the arms act. the petitioner has not named in the first information report and the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused manoj mishra @ harhara and the co- accused manoj mishra @ harhara has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 12.10.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 31867 of 2011. hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned f. t. c. i, begusarai in connection with s. tr. no. 246 of 2011 (arising out of begusarai mufassil p. s. case no. 116 of 2010. however, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is accused in other two cases, however, has been acquitted, hence, the regular bail is granted, subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall appear in the nearest police station once in every month. kundan (gopal prasad, j.)
