in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2071 of 2012 ====================================================== renu devi & anr .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”23. 01-2012 petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under sections 363, 366a/34 of the i.p.c. it is alleged that daughter of the informant went in the company of the petitioner renu devi being neighbor of the informant and thereafter she disappeared, subsequently victim was produced by the husband of petitioner renu devi who alleged that husband of renu devi took her somewhere. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 05.10.2011 the f.i.r. was lodged on 04.11.2011. considering the delayed lodging of the f.i.r., petitioners being ladies and the fact that thrust of accusation is against the husband of petitioner renu devi, let the petitioners namely 1. renu devi 2. shiv kumari devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, buxar in connection with buxar(m) p.s. case no. 242 of 2011.
