23. 01-2012 Petitioner being Ex-Mukhiya is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 420 of the I.P.C. It is alleged against the petitioner that he took Rs. 3000/- as gratification out of the first installment of Indira Awas Yojana of Rs. 15,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has been lodged after two and half years of the alleged occurrence and the petitioner earlier lodged a case against the informants son.
