23. 1.2012 Since the appeal was admitted, the appellant has never prayed for bail. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already been in custody for about seven and a half year. In view of the aforesaid fact and in view of the fact that the appeal is not likely to be taken up for hearing in near future, during the pendency of the appeal, let above named appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trail court i.e.1st Additional Sessions Judge, Goplaganj, in Sessions Trial no.4 of 2005/ 1 of 2005 .
