Opposite Party ====================================================== 02. 23-01-2012 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Vikram Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant who opposes the prayer for bail. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 62 of 2011 for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was instituted on the basis of complaint and whereafter it has been registered as an F.I.R. under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the complainant herself has admitted to physical relationship for a period exceeding six months, let the petitioner Md. Hasnain be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rauta P.S.
