IN THE HIGH COURT OF J UDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.3487 of 2012 Sathu Pandit Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 23.01.2012. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional P.P. for the State. There has been unsuccessful attempt in removing rice and wheat from PACS godown which was kept for distribution as flood relief amongst affected persons. Informant himself claimed to be Panchayat Sachiv of the locality. However, from the written report itself, it is evident that some sort of allegations happens to be there against the Mukhiya who insisted for distribution of the food-grains in spite of his denial in the background of pre-occupation. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.10.2011.
