Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party **** /2/ 23 January, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2012 No one appears for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 498A and 304B of the Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
