Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party **** /2/ 23 January, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2012 No one appears for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 498A and 304B of the Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. There is allegation that samdhi, Rajendra Thakur, demanded money, which is omni bus, and the husband of the petitioner, who happens to be father-in-law, has been acquitted in trial bearing S. Tr. No. 599 of 2010. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairginia P.S. Case No. 89 of 2010 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, subject to the condition that she will cooperate with the police during investigation. ( Gopal Prasad, J.) S.A.
