in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1849 of 2012 ====================================================== sunita devi .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”23. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner, informant and the state. the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 320 and 504/34 of the indian penal code. the specific accusation of assaulting by bamboo on the head of the deceased is against ranjeet kumar. the postmortem report reflects only one injury. it is alleged against the petitioner and others that they assaulted the interveners. it is submitted that no injury report is on record with regard to the others. considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of rs. patna high court cr.misc. no.1849 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, madhubani in connection with khajauli p.s. case no. 72/2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr.p.c.
