IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.39053 of 2011 Banti Kumar Versus The State Of Bihar ----- 03/ 23.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.9.2011 in Begusarai Town P.S. case no. 354/2011 registered under section 379 read with section 411/34 of the IPC.
