.....coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh) 02/ 23-01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the state. the petitioner surendra kumar @ surendra paswan is in custody in a case initially registered under sections 395 & 397 of the indian penal code. subsequently section 396 of the i.p.c. was also added. it is alleged that one rajendra paswan was apprehended by the villagers who disclosed the name of eight patna high court cr.misc. no.1073 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 persons in which petitioners name did not figure. subsequently, one of the co-accused amarnath paswan named the petitioner who has participated in the occurrence. it is submitted on behalf of petitioner surendra kumar @ surendra paswan that he is a teacher and has no criminal antecedent. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely surendra kumar @ surendra paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sub- divisional judicial magistrate, aurangabad in connection with daudnagar p.s. case no. 53 of 2011. since petitioner rajendra paswan has been caught on the spot, let carbon copy of the case diary be called for and put up his case after receipt of the same.
