patna high court cr.misc. no.39777 of 2011 (3) dt.23-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.39777 of 2011 ====================================================== lalan ram .... .... petitioner versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party ====================================================== appearance : for the petitioner : mr. pramod kumar sinha for the opposite party : mr. asha kumari, a.p.p =====================================================”23. 01-2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned addl. public prosecutor for the state. petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2011 in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the ipc. the allegation against the petitioner is that he gave lathi blow on the head of injured- sudhir kumar. from annexure 3 to this petition, it appears that the aforesaid sudhir kumar received two injuries and opinion regarding injury no.1 was kept reserved. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although investigating officer has submitted charge sheet but he could not succeed to collect complete injury report of the injured- sudhir kumar. considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, lalan ram, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the chief judicial magistrate, sheikhpura in ariari p.s. case no. 131/2011.
