IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.2065 of 2012 Sonu Kumar Singh @ Sonu Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 23.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that some dispute arose due to parking of motorcycle when the petitioner took rupees six hundred from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the accusation of committing theft, other accusations are bailable and in fact, no tangible material has been collected by the police during investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and particularly the fact that the dispute arose due to parking of motorcycle, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.
