Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar .... Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 23.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. However, in the fardbeyan there is specific allegation that Company Mandal gave a Lathi blow at the informant but in the meantime the father of the informant came to save the informant and hence received injury by Lathi on the back by which he succumbed to injury. However, the role attributed to the petitioner, Kiro Sada is only the member of the mob. The petitioner is in jail since 29.11.2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.
