Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 23.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code with regard to the theft of motor-cycle and the motor-cycle alleged to have been recovered from the house of the sister of the petitioner and the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the petitioner before the I.O. The petitioner is in jail since 17.11.2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C. J.
M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P. S. Case No. 79 of 2011, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate with the police and produce himself as and when required by the police during investigation. Kundan (Gopal Prasad, J.)
