JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 02/ 23-01-2012 None appears on behalf of petitioner Md. Islam. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner Raju Sahani and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.10.2011 and 9.11.2011 respectively in a case registered under Sections 395, 397 & 412 of the Indian Penal Code. One Rajendra Sahani was apprehended on the spot, who disclosed the name of petitioner Raju Sahani. Subsequently it has come that the petitioner is criminal of the area and was Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1056 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 found moving around the place of occurrence prior to the occurrence. A statement has been made that the petitioner Raju Sahani has no criminal antecedent. Against Md. Islam it has come that he is criminal of the area and was moving around the place of occurrence but no statement has been made with regard to the criminal antecedent. Considering the suspicious nature of the accusation, let the petitioners namely Raju Sahani and Md. Islam, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
