IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA First Appeal No.435 of 1999 Manju Devi Versus Umesh Mandal ---------------------------------- 06. 23.01.2012 The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the judgment and order has not been passed by the Principle Judge, Family Court under the Family Court Act and the appeal has not been filed under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984. According to the learned counsel the impugned judgment and order has been passed by the 4 th Additional District Judge, Purnea and therefore, it is appealable under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
