23. 01.2012 This appeal will be heard along with Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 220 of 2011. Considering the fact that appellant is a lady and in a separate trial for the same incident. Upon conviction, co-accused Nirbhay Chand Ram in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 220 of 2011 has been granted bail, considering that the deceased was assaulted by iron rod by Mahendra Ram. During pendency of the appeal, the appellant, Kanti Devi, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court i.e. Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No.-IV, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial No. 263 of 2010.
