in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.38521 of 2011 nand kishore ram versus the state of bihar ---------------------------------”23. 01-2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned additional public prosecutor for the state. the petitioner is in jail custody since 21-12- 2010 in a case registered under section-302 & other minor sections of the indian penal code as well as 27 of the arms act. the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place in the year, 2003 and the petitioner could be remanded in the year, 2010 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that almost, all the co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by another benches of this court and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he alongwith other co- accused caught hold of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence. it is further contended by him that main assailant, namely, sri kant singh has already been released on bail. considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, the petitioner, namely, nand 2 kishore ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with nawada town p.s. case no. 239 of 2003 to the satisfaction of chief judicial magistrate, nawada. IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.38521 of 2011 Nand Kishore Ram Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------”

23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail custody since 21-12- 2010 in a case registered under Section-302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act.
