Jagdishpur, district Bhagalpur .. Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party **** /2/ 23 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner 2012 and the State. This is a petition for regular bail for offence under Section 498A of the Penal Code. There is allegation that the marriage solemnized about fourteen years back and has been blessed with three children and there is allegation the wife driven out after assault and even in Panchayati Rs.3,000/- was ordered to paid to the wife has not been honoured by the petitioner.
