Muffasil, district Katihar .. Petitioner Versus The State Of Bihar .. Opposite party ---------------------------------- /2/ 23 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner 2012 and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 498A of the Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is ready to maintain the victim-wife and even pay a sum of Rs.700/- per month. Hence, in view of the submission, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Katihar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2011 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, subject to condition that the petitioner shall keep the victim-wife with full love, affection, dignity and all due respects or petitioner shall go on paying Rs.700/- to the victim-wife till the disposal of the case or till any higher maintenance fixed by the competent Court.
