1. Babuni Yadav, 2. Bindeshwari Devi Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 23.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband are apprehending arrest in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the victim for non fulfillment of dowry demands when the marriage was performed in 2006. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation the witnesses have supported that the victim died due to illness. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the original version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.
