The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.09.2011 in a case registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was found driving the stolen tractor of the informant when he was handed over to the police by the villagers. A statement has been made that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely Raj Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.992 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawan) P.S. Case No. 273 of 2011.
