23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. According to the complaint petition, the marriage was solemnized with one Ranjit Kumar Jha and thereafter, there was a demand of dowry and there was also assault. In view of the fact, let notice be issued to opposite party No. 2 under both modes i.e. ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week, failing which this application as against her shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench. In the meantime, no coercive step will be taken against the petitioners in C.R. Case No. 1559/2007 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani. (Shivaji Pandey, J.) Mahesh/-/-
