Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party **** /2/ 23 January, Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the 2012 State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Penal Code. The petitioner has not been named in the first information report and his name transpired during investigation. However, one of the accused, Hari Lal Mehta, who has been named in the first information report, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21823 of 2011. The material against the petitioner in the case diary is that he has been seen at the time of occurrence. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhamdaha P.S.
