JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 02/ 23-01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially case was lodged under Sections 224 & 225 of the Indian Penal Code when the petitioner was granted bail. The petitioners bail bond was cancelled on 22.12.2009. The petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2011. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now petitioner will appear on each and every day. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the period under custody, let the petitioner namely Dinesh Rai, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Abhishek, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.928 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 465 of 2002 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2806 of 2002 in T.R. No. 2912 of 2011.
