23. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302, 147, 148, 149, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail till submissions of the charge-sheet vide Cr. Misc. No. 53665 of 2007 on 23.06.2008 as gets reflected from Annexure-1.
