Petitioner Versus The State of Bihar .. Opposite party **** /2/ 23 January, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2012 No one appears for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 307/34 of the Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The petitioner has not been named in the first information report. From the order of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, V, Begusarai, the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement and the petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2010. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 20 of 2010, S. Tr. No. 227 of 2011, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to the condition that the petitioner will file hazari in the nearest Police Station every month.
