JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 03/ 23-01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.06.2010 in a complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. It is alleged that the husband of the petitioner took Rs. Six lakhs on pretext of providing a flat at Delhi to the complainant. The payments alleged to have been made in cash whereas it is further alleged that the husband of the petitioner issued three cheques of Rs. Two lakhs each in favour of the complainant which subsequently got bounced. Considering the fact that thrust of the accusation is Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.332 of 2012 (3) dt.23-01-2012 2/2 against husband of the petitioner and the period under custody, let the petitioner namely Nilu Verma, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
