23. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 417, 406 of the I.P.C. Accusation is of taking Rs. 1,00,000/- for sending the complainant to Saudi Arabia for getting employment but the visa was found to be forged.
