JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 02/ 23-01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of establishing forceful relationship. Two witnesses were produced but they have been tendered. In view of the fact that the evidence is going on, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. This application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the informant. It is expected from the court below to examine informant within a period of three months.
