IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.2042 of 2012 Dhananjay Kumar Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- with Criminal Miscellaneous No.2188 of 2012 Akhileshwar Prasad Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 23.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
