IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.2022 of 2012 Subash Rai Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- with Criminal Miscellaneous No.3323 of 2012 Rajesh Rai Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 23.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered under sections379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
