Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no. 2 as he has already been arrested by the police. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this application with respect to petitioner no. 2, namely, Shiv Pujan Raut stands disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
