patna high court cr.misc. no.2578 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2578 of 2012 ====================================================== rani kumari .... .... petitioner. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”25. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under sections 419 and 420 of the indian penal code and 10 of the bihar examination act. it is alleged that one dharamshila kumari appeared in matriculation examination in place of petitioner. it is submitted that the petitioner was not aware about dharamshila kumari being appearing in her place. considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and student, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with nawada town p.s. case no. 83 of 2011 on patna high court cr.misc. no.2578 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned c.j.m. nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the code of criminal procedure.
