25. 01-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Mr. Pravin Kumar, Advocate, who was earlier appearing in this case on behalf of O.P.No.2 has refused to accept notice. From the endorsement made on the back portion of the notice sent to him by the office of this Court on 3.12.2011 reading as follows: I had appeared in the abovesaid case and after the disposal of the same the client has taken away the file of the abovesaid Cr.Misc.No. 1284/07.
