IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1214 of 2012 Suleman Ansari Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 25.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 6.12.2011 in a case registered under section 7 of the E.C. Act. It is alleged that 100 bags of IFFCO urea fertilizer were recovered from the petitioner and it was suspected that the petitioner was selling the same in black market. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a fertilizer dealer and informant is not an authorized inspector under the Fertilizer Control Order, hence, lodging of the FIR is bad in law. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Bikramganj P.S.
